Sing 'n Speak Spanish

Summary: The Sing 'n Speak Spanish language program fully integrates music and drama into an extensive 4-year curriculum. The Year One and Year Two curriculums are built upon Patti Lozano's "Music That Teaches Spanish!" and "More Music That Teaches Spanish!" Years Three and Four continue with verb-inspired songs from "Sing 'n Speak Spanish Verbs, Volumes 1 and 2", created by Julia Burnier. Much attention is placed on simple present verb forms within the context of conversation, while always spiraling in past vocabulary with a variety of games and activities. The "Sing 'n Speak Spanish" curriculum differs from other elementary Spanish curriculums in that vocabulary and structure are taught intrinsically and interactively through singing and short skits, and always with a pleasant dose of humor.
